ACCESS METHODS |
As well as having a multiple choice of potential storage mediums in which to fit our intelligent locks, we also recognised the huge range of access methods by which our customers would wish to gain entry into the Intelligent Storage solutions – outlined below are some of the methods we adopt.
| Touch Button Access |

Touch buttons are packaged in coin shaped stainless steel micro cans, designed to withstand harsh environments. No two touch buttons are the same. Each contains a guaranteed unique serial number that is permanently engraved into the silicon at the time of manufacture. All Intelligent Storage access products are fitted with touch button sensors. |
| Proximity, RFID, Magnetic swipe and Bar code cards |

All these methods of access provide the fastest and often the most convenient means of identifying the operator. Certain installations require the integration of existing security pass cards. On request, Intelligent Storage can supply cabinets which use and interface with all commercial systems. |
| Biological Access |
|
| For higher security needs,
cabinets can be fitted with either Fingerprint Recognition
or Retinal Scanning sensors
|
| Override Key Access |
|
| In circumstances when total
cabinet access is required such as re-stocking or servicing
an override key is available.
