Intelligent Storage now complements its range by offering CasCTerm; a hand-held cabinet programmer which greatly simplifies and speeds data exchange between the Intelligent Storage units and the user database.

Intelligent Storage technology uses state-of-the-art electronics to control and monitor access to individual sections of storage cabinets. Access permissions are granted by a variety of individual identification systems such as magnetic cards, by local software control, or even over the internet.

It is used by many leading manufacturing companies, and applicable anywhere valuable or security-critical items are stored.

This new unit, called CasCTerm, will be used by supervisors to enter & update user data to the Intelligent Storage cabinet, now without the need for a laptop PC.
